Doreen Edwards sadly passed away on the 12th July 2008. Doreen had been raising funds for Tilly, so her family asked for donations rather than flowers at the funeral, raising an astonishing £962.00!!! Huge thanks to Sue and all of Doreens family.

Maureen Hodgins and all the funny farmers are a family run childcare service. They had a big party in their local village hall. The children took part in the nativity play, they had a big raffle, a bar and some food raising £621.
A good night was had by all at Dan’s wrestling night at the civic centre in Consett. the money is still being counted but its roughly between £350-400.
Royal Air Forces Association Wisbech branch has donated £100 for Tilly.
Weardale flower club held a Christmas raffle for Tilly and donated £100 into her fund.

Parkside School where Adam (Tillys dad) worked had a non uniform day where they had to wear yellow for Tilly. They raised over £900 due to throughtful extra donations.

Romag Limited (Glass specialist) in Leadgate Industrial Estate raised money by making glass football replica shirts for their staff to buy.
Gemma Davis and the 'Little Gems' Dance school in Cramlington donated the money that they made from their show to Tilly. Thankyou so much it is very kind of you. (£300)

A 5-a-side tournament organised by Dug raised £325, thanks to the generous support of the players, their WAGs and Powerleague at Whalley Range High School, Manchester.
The winning team, Club Foot, were captained by Matthew Cropper.
Margaret Donald held her 70th Birthday party at The Crown. Rather than presents, she kindly asked for donations to be made to Tilly - thankyou Margaret!
The Crown Susan and Graham Clough. held a Halloween charity night for Tilly.
The Queens Head (John Sweaton and Ian Hawley) ran a Karaoke competition over 15 weeks with the Final held on 2nd October. All proceeds went to Tilly.
Tim Davis and Suzanne Cox completed the Great North Run for Tilly. Hannah Phillips also ran the Junior Great North Run. Great work guys!
Gateshead Utd's Paul Thompson very generously donated proceeds from his testimonial match towards Tilly's fund. Newcastle Utd supplied a team for the event, captained by Shola Ameobi and a great time was had by all!

Home Buyers North East are giving £10 to Tilly for every house that they let. They are also doing a sponsored run!
